ONEFOURONE

West Street energy. Late-night rhythm. Sheffield after dark.

Sitting at 141 West Street, One Four One is a contemporary late bar built around R&B, hip-hop, Afrobeats, commercial favourites and old-school anthems. Cocktails, VIP tables and group celebrations give the venue a strong social focus, carrying the night from first drinks through to the early hours.

Through a Red Bull lens, One Four One sits firmly within the late-night mixed-drink occasion. Its music-led identity, high-energy consumer and prime Hotzone location create a natural opportunity to win through strong availability, visible equipment, the right range and a consistently executed serve.

For Sheffield, it represents a culturally relevant venue positioned directly within the flow of West Street—compact, energetic and capable of delivering far beyond its footprint.

OPPOROTUNITIES & CHALLENGES

Opportunities

One Four One delivers significant volume despite opening only two nights per week, demonstrating exceptional sales density and a highly productive late-night consumer. The opportunity is to maximise those concentrated trading windows through strong availability, the right range and visible, high-energy serves.

Challenges

Pricing fluctuates according to how busy the venue is, meaning fixed-price menus and POS are effectively off the table. Any activation therefore needs to be flexible and completely price-free.

The wider late-night environment also creates genuine safety and reputational considerations. This was brought into sharp focus on 25 May 2026, when Shanice Brookes—described by police as an innocent bystander—was fatally shot outside One Four One following an altercation nearby in the street. This should inform brand-safety decisions without attributing responsibility for the incident to the venue itself.
