Opportunities
Honky Tonk strengthens our relationship with the McIvor Group while extending it through the younger generation of the family. The group has also bid for the former Revolution site opposite, creating the potential for a high-impact two-venue cluster and significantly greater Red Bull volume.
Challenges
High staff turnover makes training and consistent execution difficult to maintain. The venue is also dual-stocked, requiring continual hands-on management to prevent cheaper alternatives from entering Red Bull coolers and undermining our visibility.
