Opportunities
Frog & Parrot combines the backing of a major operator with huge cultural pull in Sheffield, attracting visitors from across the city and beyond. Nick is one of my strongest and most valued operator relationships, creating a solid platform to convert the venue’s profile and footfall into far greater Red Bull volume.
Challenges
Despite the venue’s reputation, current sales remain low. Sugarfree is frequently removed from sale and menu activation remains unavailable, limiting visibility, consumer choice and our ability to turn the hype into consistent volume.
