Martin and I have recalibrated expectations, creating a more open and transparent relationship. I now have direct access to the wider team through the staff group chat, allowing issues to be identified and resolved faster.
Momentum is building towards a more prosperous partnership, with credible potential for the account to approach 100,000 SUs annually. HANGR is now open, while a further 5,000-capacity warehouse is planned nearby—with Red Bull holding first refusal across the expanding estate.
 
Challenges
SYSheff is operationally fragmented, with different operators and separate Booker/Makro invoice accounts making consolidated volume tracking extremely time-consuming.
Stakeholder management has often been difficult and highly transactional, with Monster occasionally used as leverage during negotiations. AU cans have also repeatedly been found in Red Bull fridges, creating concerns around supply control, traceability and execution standards.
